Local football club, Leckhampton Rovers FC unveils its redeveloped sports pavilion and ground at Burrow’s Field, Leckhampton for the new football season.

The £1m development project has created two new football pitches, a cricket pitch and the pavilion, along with its own cafe, managed by King Shots Coffee.

Richard Spencer and the Converse team provided pro-bono legal services to the Club to complete a 21 year lease of the redeveloped sports pavilion and a licence of the playing field.

The new facility at Burrow’s Fields will allow the club to continue to grow and to expand its existing football provision. It also plans to start developing other sports such as cricket and recreational activities at the site.

Enzo Scognamiglio, Chairman of Leckhampton Rovers FC, said:

“This has been a life-long dream for me. The facilities are absolutely amazing. They will enable the club to fulfil its vision of inspiring everyone to play and love sport. We want to thank everyone who has contributed to the project. Without their support it just would not have happened.”
