Before launching in 2015, we asked our clients what they wanted from their law firm. They told us, they wanted:

- a firm which charges fixed fees whenever possible.
We decided to be 100% digital and 'paper-lite'. This allows us to securely access our client files from anywhere in the world. If a client needs a document, we can share it in seconds. No waiting for your lawyer to retrieve files from off-site storage.
We are determined to do things differently for the benefit of our clients.
To be agile and keep overheads as low as possible, we outsource several functions to UK-based experts:
Most importantly, we want our lawyers to work at times that best suit them and their clients. Our secure IT makes this possible.
Our clients say we were easy to deal with. They like having direct access to their lawyers and, when required, access outside of normal business hours.
Since launching, our team has since grown from 3 to 13 people. The majority of our lawyers were previously partners and heads of department at large regional law firms. They are all experts in their field.
