I help ambitious property developers acquire land for developments of all sizes. Once a developer has identified a commercially attractive site, it’s my job to get the transaction completed as quickly as possible – so the site is off the market and out of the reach of my client’s competitors.

I get on with the job and focus on my client’s business objectives. Whilst I’m used to working under tight timescales, I enjoy getting involved in the acquisition process as soon as a site is identified. If I can provide input before heads of terms are agreed, I can often improve the structure of the deal and help minimise stamp duty land tax by suggesting reliefs.

Away from work

I'm an FA licensed football coach and manage my son's football team, Leckhampton Rovers U14s.
I'm a lifelong supporter of Liverpool FC and get up to Anfield whenever I can.
I run with Cheltenham Running Club.
